Government agencies will not fine, but will give small businesses the opportunity to correct the violations identified. This was reported by the Ministry of National Economy. Such measures will be taken, according to officials, as part of the execution of the President's message. 

ERIC DZHAMBULOV, DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN:

Legislative conditions will be created, administrative barriers to entry into the market and during the implementation of activities will be reduced, the control burden on business entities will be reduced, the course has already been taken on the instructions of the Head of State on regulation "from scratch", where all state control has been transferred to a preventive nature, excluding punitive measures.
The ministry recalled that now the task is also to increase the share of medium-sized businesses to 15% by 2029. To do this, we propose package solutions to problems and the development of a digital system that will select only the most malicious violators for verification.
